Welcome to our short-term rental apartments. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation and before proceeding with the online check-in process. By making a reservation and completing the online check-in, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Booking and Payment:
Reservations must be made through our official channels or major providers.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payments via credit/debit card and bank transfer.
Cancellations and Modifications:
Cancellations made up to 14 days before the arrival date will be fully refunded.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will not be refunded.
Modifications to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Guest Responsibility:
Guests are responsible for maintaining the apartment in good condition during their stay.
Any damage to the apartment or furnishings will be charged to the guest.
No Smoking and No Pets:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments.
Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in advance.
Occupancy:
The maximum occupancy of the apartment must be respected. The number of guests must not exceed that indicated at the time of booking.
House Rules
Quiet Hours:
To respect the neighbors, please maintain quiet from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Use of the Apartment:
The apartment must be used exclusively for temporary stays. Use for parties or events is prohibited.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Please keep the apartment clean and tidy. Cleaning service is provided at the end of the stay, but you are responsible for daily waste disposal.
Linen Kit:
A linen kit is provided in the apartment consisting of:
3 sheets
2 pillowcases
2 large towels
2 medium towels
2 hand towels
This kit is available for emergencies. To avoid penalties, please notify us before using it. If our staff finds that the kit has been used without prior notification or if any items are missing, a penalty of €40 will be charged.
Security:
Ensure that doors and windows are always closed when you leave the apartment.
Do not leave valuables unattended. We are not responsible for any theft or loss.
Emergencies:
In case of emergency, contact our staff immediately using the phone numbers provided at check-in.
