🇬🇧 Casa Shangrila – Terms & Conditions
⚠️ Mandatory Acceptance
Confirming the reservation and completing the online check-in constitutes full acceptance of this agreement. Access to the apartment will be granted only after accepting all the terms and conditions outlined herein.
💳 Mandatory Security Deposit – €2,500
At check-in, a security deposit of €2,500 is required, payable by credit card or cash. This amount will be held as a guarantee against any damages, theft, or violations of the regulations.
Refund: The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, subject to verification of the apartment's condition and compliance with house rules.
Retention: In case of damages, theft, or violations, we reserve the right to retain part or all of the deposit, depending on the severity of the issue.
🚫 Serious Violations and Civil Liability
If the guest's behavior results in:
Violation of local laws,
Disturbance of public peace,
Unauthorized events,
Misuse of the apartment,
and leads to intervention by law enforcement or authorities, causing suspension or revocation of Casa Shangrila's tourist license, the guest will be held fully responsible.
Compensation: The guest agrees to fully compensate Casa Shangrila for any economic loss resulting from the suspension or revocation of the license, including lost income, legal fees, and reputational damage.
Legal Action: We reserve the right to take legal action to recover such amounts if necessary.
🧍♂️ Guest Responsibility
The guest must:
Use the apartment diligently, adhering to house rules and applicable laws.
Avoid behavior that could damage the apartment, its furnishings, or the condominium.
Immediately report any damages or malfunctions encountered during the stay.
⏰ Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: From 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability, with possible additional charges.

In case of emergency, immediately contact our staff using the numbers provided at check-in.
